Rescheduling
Please reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance to your appointment. If you reschedule within the 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be responsible for 50% of the total value of the service being rescheduled. This amount must be paid in full before your next appointment can be scheduled.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please make cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. If your service is cancelled within the 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be responsible for 50% of the total value of the service being canceled. If, unfortunately, you must No-Show for an appointment you will be responsible for 100% of the total value of the service scheduled. This amount must be paid in full before your next appointment can be scheduled.
Late Arrivals
I cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. Your arrival time will determine the length of your service. With respect to other clients, your service will end at the scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. The full value of your service will be applied, regardless of your late arrival.
Children
Children of 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Additional Persons
Please call, text, or email for information and approval if you need to bring another adult with you. Failure to gain approval prior to an appointment may result in rescheduling or terminating your appointment and the full value of your service will be applied.
